We currently do click and collect from the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce. When you order your product from us, please put down your preferred time between 12 noon and 4pm, Mon-Fri.
We are also in the process of networking with local community centres in Stoke and Newcastle-Under-Lyme to provide pick up points to save on postage for local customers.
If you like, we can deliver using ground shipping to anywhere in the mainland of the UK. The cost of delivery will be £8, which matches how much we pay to receive products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide worldwide shipping.
If you choose to have your items posted to you, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once the product has been dispatched. 33 Electrical is not responsible for any damage caused to the product by the courier.
We hope to have items dispatched as soon as we can, but there will be times where issues occur. If your items have not been dispatched within one week of your order, please e-mail enquires@33electrical.co.uk and we will do our best to sort it out.
