Unfortunately, returns are bound to happen at some point. We use the statutory 14 day return limit if your items are not to your satisfaction. When sending items back to us, please include your confirmation e-mail so that the return can be processed.
You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition you received it in.
If you ordered using Click and Collect, you will have to discuss with us an appropriate time and date for returning your item.
